Gangtok Guide


Gangtok is the capital city of the Indian state of Sikkim. Tourists generally like to take a day of rest or two here before heading for North, East and Western parts.

Transportation

Nearest airport is Pakyong Airport. Shared taxis are the only public transportation available in Gangtok. You can reserve them as well. SNT buses are available for Siliguri, Mangan, Geyzing(10 kms. from Pelling), Ravangla, Namchi, etc. from SNT Bus Stand. Indian Railways reservation counter is there in SNT Bus Stand.
